3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur due to the verification process or other reasons. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

3.4 Transaction Verification

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus after making their first deposit at bz888, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance will be ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Upon claiming the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets to be completed (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• bz888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in those accounts being closed.
• bz888 reserves the right to decline any bonus if it deems it appropriate.
• All applicable conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from a bonus balance.

4.4 VIP Program

The bz888 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Each tier has its own benefits and cashback rate.

Users of the bz888 platform are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation to gain a gaming advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Disturbing, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Disputes

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, all odds and markets are subject to change. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. bz888 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet.
